During the last years, Gonçalo has been advising public and private entities in matters related to European law and in litigation procedures, both before judicial and arbitration courts, in matters related to contractual and non-contractual liability. Gonçalo frequently advises clients during the negotiation and execution of concession agreements, protocols with European regulatory entities and in the drafting of legislation proposals.

Gonçalo is frequently invited to lecture in on-going courses and presentations regarding public contracts, public construction and service concessions.
