Joana has an extensive experience in advising public sector entities, such as government and public agencies, State companies, regional and local corporations and local entities, in procurement procedures and in the compliance of public contracts, and in advising private bidders in the drafting and structuring of proposals.
A relevant part of Joana’s work is developed at the administrative courts, advising public and private entities in matters of public procurement, State liability, re-privatization processes, banking resolution procedures and class actions.
In matters of real estate and tourism, Joana advises clients in all types or licensing processes.
